Inside the engine

Modules & verticals

The Foundation is in every build. Everything below is chosen for your business — and adding one later is a switch, not a fresh project.

Foundation

In every build, cannot be switched off

Identity and access

Users and roles with a full authorisation matrix, per-account rate limiting, self-service password reset, and an audit trail.

Master data

Business partners, item master, chart of accounts with control-account guards, item and partner groups, warehouses.

Approvals

Multi-stage sequential routing. Each stage carries its own approvers and a minimum approval count; a rejection returns the whole document and resubmission restarts at stage one.

Rules and alerts

One saved-query engine backs three things: validations that block a posting when a rule fails, live alert rules per user, and reporting.

Reports

Trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, classified cash-flow statement tied to the ledger's cash balance, VAT return summary, A/R and A/P aging, gross profit per document, stock valuation and movements.

Setup masters, all dynamic

Tax and withholding codes, posting periods, currencies and rates, payment terms and methods, numbering series, price lists, house banks, approval procedures, account determination — every one is "define new", not a fixed list.

ERP modules

You take only the modules you run

A construction firm takes Foundation, Purchasing, Inventory, Financials and Projects and never sees a till. What you do not run is not in your system at all — not greyed out in a menu, not sitting behind a licence key.

01

Sales & Receivables

Quotation → Order → Delivery → A/R Invoice with copy-forward, credit memos and returns. Blanket sales agreements by item or spend target, an invoicing wizard over open deliveries, dunning reminders, customer down payments, price lists and special prices.

  • Copy-forward chain
  • Blanket agreements
  • Dunning & down payments
02

Purchasing & Payables

Request → Quotation → Purchase Order → Goods Receipt → A/P Invoice. Landed costs allocated over receipts, reorder recommendations turned into draft POs per preferred vendor, blanket purchase agreements, vendor down payments, vendor TDS withheld at posting.

  • Landed costs
  • Reorder recommendations
  • Vendor TDS at posting
03

Inventory & Warehousing

Goods receipt, issue and transfer. Three valuation methods per item — moving average, FIFO layers, standard cost with purchase-price variance. Batch and serial with expiry and automatic FEFO issue, lot-level counting, cost revaluation, availability as on-hand minus committed.

  • Moving average · FIFO · standard
  • Batch & serial with FEFO
  • On-hand minus committed
04

Production

Bills of material and production orders. Components issue to work-in-progress, finished goods receive at actual cost, and closing an order books scrap and residue to a production variance account. Every order carries its project.

  • BOMs & production orders
  • WIP at actual cost
  • Scrap to variance
05

Financial Management

General ledger with cost centre and project on every line and one-click reversal. Payments with applications, payment wizard, bank reconciliation. Multi-currency with realised FX and period-end revaluation. Fixed assets, recurring postings, budgets with exceed-warnings at posting.

  • Dimensional ledger
  • Multi-currency & realised FX
  • Fixed assets & budgets
06

CRM

Leads with sources and territories. User-defined pipelines and stages with win probability driving a weighted forecast, one-click conversion to a quotation, activities on a 360° customer timeline, service tickets with SLA policies, campaigns, funnel and win/loss analysis.

  • Weighted forecast
  • 360° customer timeline
  • Service tickets with SLA
07

HR & Payroll

Employee master and org structure, attendance, leave, shifts and holidays. Payroll runs and salary components, loans and advances, travel requests and expense claims, recruitment and onboarding, appraisals and KPIs, asset custody — plus an employee self-service portal.

  • Attendance, leave & shifts
  • Payroll runs & components
  • Employee self-service
08

Project Management

Built for construction and any project-costed business. Projects with budgeted phases and per-account budgets; the project as a system-wide dimension; budget-vs-actual as a chart-of-accounts tree; project P&L, committed cost from open POs, the full project ledger and a document register.

  • Budgeted phases
  • Budget vs actual off the ledger
  • Committed cost from open POs
Vertical products

Purpose-built applications, one API

Each vertical is its own application, not a cramped view of the ERP — and each posts through the same engine.

Vertical

Storefront

Another sales channel, not another ledger

A public shop that is simply another sales channel. The shopper's bag is a live sales quotation; checkout posts it and copies it forward to a sales order; card payment posts the invoice and applies the receipt. Availability is live on-hand minus committed, so overselling is blocked at the bag.

  • Bag as a live quotation
  • Checkout posts the order
  • Overselling blocked at the bag
Vertical

Point of Sale

A barcode-first terminal

Split tender with change math, 80 mm receipts, drawer sessions with float, X and Z reports and cash over/short. Returns against a settled receipt, sell-on-account to a named customer, manager override, gift vouchers held as a liability, loyalty points, happy-hour windows.

  • Split tender & change math
  • Drawer sessions, X and Z reports
  • Vouchers held as a liability
Vertical

Restaurant (KOT)

Kitchen tickets that cost the dish

Kitchen tickets split per station, a kitchen display advancing Sent → Preparing → Ready → Served with age timers, printable pre-bill. Recipe back-flush consumes ingredients at cost, so dish sales are truly costed. Table transfer and merge, course hold and fire, modifiers and combos, reservations, QR ordering.

  • Per-station kitchen tickets
  • Recipe back-flush at cost
  • Table transfer, merge & QR
Vertical

Gym Management

Members, plans and the front desk

Members, plans, subscriptions, renewals and freezes. Front-desk check-in and attendance, QR-based access, recurring billing, a dedicated front-desk application and a separate member portal.

  • Plans, renewals & freezes
  • QR access and check-in
  • Front desk + member portal
